This is the best piece of space art I have ever seen. All the small details makes it look almost photo realistic, and the moody light captures the loneliness in space.
I know this book called Excession, and when I saw this, that book was the first thing I thought of.
The front ship or station or whatever it is has way too many details, and I love detailed pictures. That thing behind it is even prettier. For some reason I love shapes like that, and the light from a green sun... simply genius. If it was for example red light, it wouldn't look that space-ish, but green is the perfect colour.
A perfect picture.
